Maria Stuart, also known as Ria, or SumKindaWndrful is the moving force behind the Naturalistas Student Organizations movement. Currently working on a history M.A. thesis, Ria aims to use her scholarly works to address the misunderstood issues that are pertinent to African descended women. Ria is simultaneously working on a graduate certificate in Women’s Studies and has a rich liberal arts background in the fields of psychology, anthropology and especially Africana Studies.

Every Sunday, Ria is a co-host on the NappyMuse.com web show at 6:30 pm central. The hour previous to the show features a natural hair live podcast with the Napputralite Radio Show which Ria serves as a regular correspondent for.
